In 2023, William Windsor and his family transformed their passion for ranching into a full operation — starting with Hereford cattle on Mississippi pasture before expanding to sheep. With decades of combined experience in animal husbandry and land management, they set out to fill a need in the local market: honest, traceable, and well-raised livestock.
We work directly with our own pastures and trusted local suppliers, ensuring every animal available — from young lambs to full-grown cattle — is healthy, properly fed, and raised without unnecessary intervention. Our hay is cut fresh, properly dried, and available in round and square bales for farms of any size.
